Back to your Regularly Scheduled Programming…

….almost. Hello pony pals! I am back to the blog after a mini break. I will bring back the regular posts on equine-assisted therapeutic activities and game/lesson ideas shortly, but I wanted to update you on my personal life.

If you aren’t interested, feel free to come back next week for some new game ideas.

As I mentioned in my last post before taking a break, I just became a mom! My son was born on September 3 and our time has been consumed with feeds, changes, naps, and cuddles. He has already taught me so much and I can’t wait to share some of the things I am learning and how it relates to working with our horses and riders.

Motherhood is a brand-new adventure filled with continuous change and a lot of unknowns, but I am enjoying the first couple of months. I am brainstorming some new ideas for the blog and can’t wait to share. Make sure to check back each Thursday for a new lesson idea!

If there is anything specific you want to see on the blog, let me know. I love getting ideas from you!

About Me

Hello! I am a PATH, Intl CTRI (certified therapeutic riding instructor) and ESMHL (equine specialist in mental health and learning). I am also a graduate student clinician in speech-language pathology.

This is my little arena where I will share my experience in equine assisted activities and my burgeoning knowledge in speech-language pathology.

I’m so happy to have you here!
